I have one piece made like this although I can recreate something similar

This piece is woven in a dark purple macrame cord with a bright shiny piece of abalone in the middle. It is hard to tell with this reflection how the abalone shell reflects the light.

There is a tribal brass triangle at the bottom woven in as well.

The cord is adjustable in the back and can slip over your head

All pieces are waterproof and can be worn in the water, shower, ocean, gym, etc :)
