finding a deeper meaning

Health and Wellness have always been a big part of my life. At first I was really drawn to fitness and exercise deciding to jump fully into that lifestyle. I decided to get my degree in Nutrition, from Dominican University in Chicago. I also received my personal training certification and began taking on clients, coaching people in the health and wellness industry all around the world.

Years later I decided to focus more on the other aspects of health I had been neglecting. I was drawn to astrology and understanding our innate characteristics.. wanting to better understand myself being what initially drew me to astrology. I decided to go through an Astrology School to then deepen my practice and become an Astrologer. I went through Debra Silverman's Astrology School, as well as currently going through the Evolutionary Astrology Network school.

I have gone through a Past Life Regression Therapy program here on Kauai to become a certified Past Life Regression Facilitator. I am also currently going through Dolores Cannon's school learning her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique that she teaches, to dive deeper into the past life regression therapy and become certified through her school as well. I have really loved coupling the astrology readings with the past life/alternate life regressions because I feel those two paired together are very powerful tools to tap into our subconscious, notice repetitive thought patterns and better understand why we do what we do.. making the unconscious conscious and choosing to rise above our possibly self destructive habits.

I offer these services because thees are the things that have truly helped me heal the most. For all of us to be able to understand the magic of our chart.. to understand our habits, the areas we can get stuck or tripped up on, to be aware of our gifts and talents that we were gifted with in this lifetime, to be able to heal from past trauma and connect to your higher self that knows the reason that we are here and what we came to do. I want to help people get out of their own way and allow source spirit god goddess to work through you. To be in alignment with your dharma and truly live a life that you love while we are here on earth together.
